Support

We're a small team and we read every message. Whether something isn't working, you have a question about your subscription, or you want to flag something in a study, this page tells you how to reach us and what to expect.
Contact us
Email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within two business days. Include the email address on your parent account so we can find things quickly — please don't include children's information in your message.
Reporting a concern about study content
Every study step includes a Report a concern control. Using it sends the exact content to our review queue, where a person looks at it — this is the fastest way to flag something that seems biblically inaccurate, age-inappropriate, or otherwise off.
You can also email us. Either way, reports are reviewed by a person, not just software.
Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your account and your family's data
- You can view, edit, export, or delete your family's information from Parent Settings inside the app.
- Deleting your account removes your family profiles, studies, and saved progress. This is permanent.
- Details about what we collect (and what we deliberately don't) are in our Privacy Policy at markosstudy.com/privacy. Our Terms of Service are at markosstudy.com/terms.
A note on what Markos Study is
Markos Study is a family Bible study aid. It is not a church, a pastor, a counselor, or an emergency service. If you or someone in your family is in crisis or danger, please contact local emergency services or a trusted person right away.
